Shipping

ToolDiscounter ships most in stock items within 24 hours. We will notify you by e-mail of any unusual shipping delays. Most small package orders are shipped via FedEx or the US Postal Service.

At your request we will ship the merchandise via the postal service. It is best to e-mail or call us for a rate and complete the transaction with one of our customer service representatives to prevent any potential delays in processing your order.

Orders for Canadian customers are typically shipped via the postal service.

Shipping is free on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. International shipments and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping. Some items may be ineligible due to weight.

Shipping rates for products being shipped by common carrier (LTL) are based upon delivery to a commercial location. There are additional charges for which the purchaser will be responsible if we are not advised of specific delivery requirements at the time of purchase. These additional charges can fall into one or more of the following categories:

• Inability to unload due to no dock height facility and/or no alternative off-loading capability.
• Delivery requiring a truck lift gate.
• Residential location as defined by the freight carrier.
• Inside delivery requiring positioning the merchandise beyond the delivery dock.
• Limited access delivery location as defined by the freight carrier.
